The Florida Supreme Court has appointed Miami lawyer James ‘Jim’ Robinson to FFLA’s board of directors for a three-year term beginning July 1, 2025.
Robinson is a partner at White & Case LLP and leads the firm’s Americas Litigation Section. He represents domestic and international clients in complex commercial disputes and has extensive experience in high-stake trials, appeals and professional liability defense. His practice includes the representation of law firms, accounting firms, financial institutions, real estate developers and technology companies.
He earned his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Florida Gulf Coast University. Robinson currently serves as a trustee of the University of Florida Law Center Association and has served in several professional organizations, including the Federal Bar Association, the Trial Lawyers Section of The Florida Bar and the Miami-Dade County Bar Association.
