FFLA has set a three-year minimum annual pledge of $120 million in IOTA collections funding for calendar years 2027–2029, based on current projections and market conditions. The pledge represents the total anticipated annual IOTA distributions to the grantee network and may be adjusted at FFLA’s discretion if significant circumstances change. Funds will be distributed among eligible grantees in compliance with the IOTA Rule and FFLA’s objective standards. The pledge will be reviewed annually and is intended to roll forward, extending by one year after each completed year.
The purpose of this effort is to provide FFLA’s qualified grantee organizations with greater certainty regarding anticipated IOTA funding levels in the years ahead. By offering as much clarity and advance information as possible, FFLA aims to support thoughtful planning and budgeting, promote organizational stability, and create meaningful opportunities for grantees to enhance and expand services to their clients.
