Former Florida Bar Foundation President Burton Young passed away March 30, 2024. Young served as the Foundation’s fourth president from 1975-1977. He was awarded the Medal of Honor, the Foundation’s highest honor, in 1998 for his distinguished selfless service in working toward the betterment of The Florida Bar and the legal profession. Young was a member of FFLA’s Legacy for Justice and its Gold Society Lifetime Giving Society.
