FFLA has appointed Fort Lauderdale lawyer Douglas H. Reynolds to its board of directors for a three-year term beginning July 1, 2024.
Reynolds is a litigation partner with Tripp Scott, PA. He is board certified by The Florida Bar in both Business Litigation and Marital and Family Law. He served for six years on the Bar’s Marital and Family Law Certification Committee, which oversees the certification of family law practitioners. He currently serves on the board of directors of Legal Aid Service of Broward and Collier Counties and Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida.
Reynolds earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his law degree from Emory University. In 2019, he was awarded the Russell E. Carlisle Award for Advocacy, which is given annually by Legal Aid Service of Broward County to an advocate whose actions exemplify a personal and professional commitment to making justice available to the poor and disadvantaged.
