Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Advocacy Project – “Team Child”. A project designed to assist at-risk youths and their families, by linking legal assistance to the poor offices, public defender offices, and volunteer attorneys and law students to advocate for services in an attempt to resolve or ameliorate the underlying causes of delinquent behavior and break the pattern of escalating delinquent behavior. To provide operating support for three months awaiting the release of ongoing funds from other sources.

National Association of Public Interest Law (now Equal Justice Works) Fellowship: Advocate on behalf of mentally ill and developmentally disabled prisoners in Florida. An additional $26,000 was donated by FILS Advocacy Center to support this grant.
