Criminal Justice and Mental Health Special Project: To provide funds for a project that implements a Special Order of the Florida Supreme Court assigning a Miami-Dade Circuit Judge to act as a Special Advisor to the Supreme Court dealing with mental health issues of criminal defendants. The Project is a collaboration between the Courts and Secretary of the Department of Children and Families.
