During year one of the grant, LSGMI completed a BPA, hired a pro bono director, implemented processes for volunteer recruitment and retention and created additional classes of pro bono involvement. Year two proposes to address several year one challenges, refine the BPA, and implement a long-term pro bono strategic plan. (Year 2)

During year one of the grant, this collaborative joint transformation completed a rigorous evaluation and assessment yielding 117 recommendations for improvement. Progress slowed near the end of the first year due to Hurricane Michael and a leadership transition in one of the organizations. Year two will focus on implementing the transformation plan and increasing pro bono involvement. (Year 2)
