
The Florida Bar has appointed Jacksonville lawyer Lynn Drysdale to the board of directors of FFLA for a three-year term beginning July 1, 2025.
Drysdale is a senior attorney in the Consumer Advocacy and Litigation Unit at Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, Inc. where she has advocated on behalf of low-income consumers for more than three decades. Her work focuses on a wide range of consumer protection issues including mortgage and other secured and unsecured predatory lending, problematic mortgage servicing, debt collection and other consumer issues affecting low-income, elderly and veteran clients.
Drysdale earned her law degree from the University of Florida College of Law. She has served as Chair of The Florida Bar Consumer Protection Law Committee and as Co-Chair of the Board of the National Association of Consumer Advocates.
Drysdale has testified before the United States Senate by invitation twice, the Federal Trade Commission and the Federal Reserve Board on consumer financial issues and has trained legal professionals across the country. FFLA is honored to welcome Drysdale to its board and to recognize her decades of commitment to consumer justice and public service.
