Mark Hulsey awarded 1985 Medal of Honor for a Lawyer

Lawyer Mark Hulsey has been awarded the 1985 Medal of Honor. Dedicated to the principles of a fair and impartial judiciary and a justice system responsive to the needs of the citizens it serves, forthright leader and scrupulous adherent to the ethical practice of law, Mark Hulsey exemplifies the highest ideals of the legal profession.

Serving his community, the public and the organized Bar throughout his career, he has, with courage, vision, and a sense of duty, given unstintingly of his time for the betterment of society and the profession he loves. His years of leadership as a member of Florida’s Judicial Qualifications Commission led the way in Florida and, by example, the nation, to achieving a system for addressing judicial misconduct essential to the continuation of the American form of government. The public and the profession owe a debt of gratitude to Mark Hulsey.
