We the Children … Cultivating the American Citizen: For continued support of statewide law-related education projects targeted primarily to elementary and secondary school students to heighten awareness and practical understanding of our laws and legal institutions.

Battered Women’s Clemency Project: Two year grant to provide eligible women convicted of murder, prior to admissibility of evidence on battered-spouse syndrome, assistance and representation in the clemency process.

New Technologies Conference: To educate key members of Florida’s state court system and The Florida Bar on new technological advances and how they relate to or could be used by the courts.

Judicial Management Council: To survey Florida residents on their knowledge of the court system and changes they would like to see; prioritize data and findings; inform the public of survey findings and related issues; and report to the Florida Supreme Court to aid in the development of the court’s long range and strategic plans
