To support the initiative which seeks to screen each criminal case in which the initiative’s assistance is sought, to investigate every case in which meritorious innocence claims are found, to achieve DNA testing when biological evidence remains extant, to advocate for the release of each inmate excluded from criminal responsibility through this highly [DNA] forensic inquiry.
