Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention: For implementation of Team Child, a demonstration program designed to assist at-risk youths and their families, by linking legal assistance to the poor offices, public defender offices, and volunteer attorneys and law students to advocate for services in an attempt to resolve or ameliorate the underlying causes of delinquent behavior and break the pattern of escalating delinquent behavior.
