Educating and Empowering Guardian Advocates: Prepare a 90 page handbook with applicable forms to be posted on the Clerk of the Court’s website and distributed to individuals seeking to be appointed as a guardian under the expedited guardianship proceedings set forth in Fla. Stat. 393.12. Education seminars and interested non-profits, courthouses, and public schools in the Seventh Judicial Circuit will also be offered.
